RTC 4.0 to 4.0.0.1 upgrade question

To upgrade, should I follow the steps like upgrading from 3.0 to 4.0 (Interactive guide) or just use the "update" option in Installation Manager? When I choose 4.0.0.1 I get a message in the Installation Manager to use "Update" option.

I successfully upgraded from 4.0 to 4.0.0.1. Some issues with the teamserver.properties. I had to follow the process like any other major upgrade (steps in the interactive upgrade guide).

 Right, the upgrade process from 4.0 to 4.0.0.1 is the same as 3.x to 4.0 by following the steps in the interactive upgrade guide.

I used the steps in infocenter. After upgrading JTS inbound has JTS only. I think this relationship should be taken care by the upgrade scripts. Is this a bug on 4.0.0.1?
