Not able to login to jts setup

Hi,

We are not able to login to jts setup wizard even when trying with a jazzadmin user.

We have checked the teamserver properties file also, and all seems to be correct.

Has anyone encountered this before?

hi,
which app server you are using ? If you are using tomcat, initially to login to set up use credentials ADMIN/ADMIN.
If you are using WAS then we need to map users and enable security in WAS console.

Could you explain more about the issue?

What is output when you try to login to jts setup? Any error message, warning, loading screen?

Is jts started up successfully?

What is the browser in use?

Hi Rajat,

Please find the details below -

  1. jts up and running
  2. browser in use - IE8
  3. Following error :-

The user ID you logged in with is not recognizable.

If you used the default ADMIN user to log in, you likely disabled it during the setup. Try again using the new admin user you created during the setup.

Hi

Looks like you are still using ADMIN/ADMIN to login to jts.
This username/pwd gets disabled, in-case you have not unchecked the disable option.

You might have created a new user when running the setup for the first time.
Please try using that user id and pwd.

Hi Rajat,

We are not using admin/admin to login to jts.

We are using our own valid IDs which are also added in JAzzAdmin LDAP group.

Please suggest what else can be checked to fix this issue.
