bin folder in top level does not refresh in sandbox
There is a bin folder at top level directory which does not refresh in local workspace. What is the option I need to set to make the bin folder refreshed or make it visible when local sandbox is refreshed.

Do you mean you want to share the contents of the /bin folder? If so, the bin folder is not shared by default so try following the instructions in this FAQ entry:
