I need to host RTC help on an intranet server for our users without internet access.
I have found http://download.boulder.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/documentation/updatesites and the help file zip for clm on there.
What I am missing are instructions on what to do to serve it up.
I googled and found some very generic Eclipse help, but I don't want to slog my way through that if at all possible. This should not be that hard.

I also found https://jazz.net/forum/questions/52809/using-intranet-help?page=1&focusedAnswerId=87096#87096 and posted in there, but it shows only up as an answer, so I don't know that it will trigger an answer in there.

You need to install and configure the clmhelp.war file along with the other Jazz applications. See this help topic to get started (it mentions the clmhelp.war file):
