Permission denied while saving plan

I have a timeline and multiple iterations under it. I could able to create plans for all the iterations before. For the new iteration (current) I can't create a new plan. While saving I get:

The 'Save Plan' operation cannot be completed. Permission is required to complete the operation. For more details, open the help system and search for CRJAZ6053E

I have the permissions at all levels.

Any thought?

The problem is resolved. The owner was the project area and not the team area. That was the problem.
