distributed scm environment questions, license server

If we deploy the distributed source code model, this means a full node at the remote site..

jts/license server/ccm/database/build orchestration/artifact repository.. gets fun..
depending on our IT department support model this may mean separate systems for each (VMs or something)

does/can the license server share the license pool with the master? (I'm guessing not)..

we want to operate this as a single logical complex, but due to people locations, and network limitations, we need to move the build traffic off the wan.

If we need a JTS server at the remote site to eliminate phone line failures, do I need to have a license server in the remote (think yes). then how do I share the license pool...

I think, yes. You can have a single license server for two Jazz servers.
