Components not visible in a stream

A new user can see the streams but when creating a workspace after selecting the stream they see no components.  When I do the same I see the components.  According to the administrator we have the same level of permissions.  Any Ideas?

If  the other user cannot "see" the components you might want to check the Read Access Permission on the components (Public, Private, Scoped). You might also check whether the owner of the components is set to a Team Area the user belongs to and if the "Restrict to members of this team area and its child team areas" is selected or not.

I am having the same issue as Garry, I can see the component but other users cant even though they are members of the team area that owns the component.
