In there an inline editor defined in RQM Process Template?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
I have been using the default RQM Template imported into my 2.X RTC Server.
Using such Project Area, I can see that there is a default inline editor defined.
I imported the same QM Process Template into my 3.0.1.4 Server, and found that there was NO inline editor defined.
Is this a bug?

I verified that both 2.X and 3.X version were behaving in the same manner.
When you import the same QM Process Template into a RTC 2.X or 3.X Server,
there is NO default inline editor defined.
So behavior is as designed, and I suspect that the default inline editor must have been added to my 2.X project upon Project Area creation, at the time the issue was faced.
