 I'm trying to add the risk work item to a scrum based process description in RTC 4.0.

Web UI does not allow us to see the XML file that contains the information of the process, so we can't review the enumerations related to risks (we faced this problem in 3.0.1 and we needed to change literals IDs, and some hard-coded stuffs).

Do we need to keep using the Eclipse RTC to do this type of changes (although is not "officially supported")?

process configuration is done in Eclipse..(editing xml, creating fields, etc)

Plan Mgmt is what is moving to Web from eclipse.
