Hi Riddih, please see: https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/08/01/uploading-attachments-to-work-items/

"One question that frequently comes up, is: can I do this with OSLC too? The answer is, you can, the tools do it. But it seems to be not really easy so far and I have no code for it."

Thanks Ralph.

Can not open url. I am already able to do the same with RTC-SDK but need to add attachment through OSLC. As my whole connector is OSLC based connector.

I can't help you there. We had a similar case and talked to some developers and were suggested not to try if we could avoid it. It apparently is complex, so we used the Plain Java Client Libraries instead.

As per the discussion above, I have not seen code for a working solution.
