Hello, our RTC installation is new.  Our user set is growing.  Our maturity is growing.  We are looking at ways to communicate on a regular basis new information (e.g. hints & tips, new "help" information).  On the Help point we have set a dashboard with a lot of information for self-help to teams.   As an example, if we add new information we are looking for an effective and easy way to let our users know - using RTC itself. 

Any suggestions?  Can this be done? Anyone with practical experience on this?

 Hi Tom,

If you are using LDAP then the LDAP groups will know your RTC users and their roles.

Harry, this doesn't answer how Tom would contact all of the users. I think what Tom is looking for is a utility within RTC to do the mailings. Perhaps this needs to be an enhancement request.
