Install Error

Hello,
I downloaded RTC-Standard-Full-1.0-Win-Web.exe and attempted to install. I receive the following error during the "install" phase:

Error during "install" phase:
Error backing up files from D:\Program Files\IBM\Installation Manager\eclipse\native\com.ibm.cic.agent.missingPluginsFixup_1.0.0.20070718.zip
Failed to rename file 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\Installation Manager\adapters\native\IBM Installation Manager\com.ibm.sdp.eclipse.ide\com.ibm.cic.agent.missingPluginsFixup.iu_1.0.0.20070718\0_' to 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\Installation Manager\adapters\native\IBM Installation Manager\com.ibm.sdp.eclipse.ide\com.ibm.cic.agent.missingPluginsFixup.iu_1.0.0.20070718\0'.


Anyone know how to resolve? I have saved the log if needed.
