There was a small change in the LDAP setting and hence the problem was. Everything is sorted out now. Thanks for taking time to reply to my messages!

Could you please explain clearly how you fixed this issue as you said it is a setting on LDAP to be changed?

I'm wondering if your client has a Virus of some sort.
Can you try from another client and see what happens?
It might be time to call support so we can collect the various logs and such.

That is a group membership issue. You should make sure the user did not get removed from the JazzAdmin group at some point.

Also depending on the url you are accessing you can get that error if the user is not in the JazzAdmins group.
For example I can repro a similar error using this URL https://<server>:9444/jts/auth/authrequired when I attempt to log in as a user that isn't in the JazzAdmins group.
If that does not help can you provide more information on the URL and version of RTC?
