Open Work Items Report Requires Plugin that can't be found

I have installed the Open Work Items report from Reports Central (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ReportsCentra) but when I run the report the graph does not display and a message is displayed at the top of the screen 'Additional plugins are required to display media all the media on this page'. When I search for a suitable plugin nothing is found.

Does anyone know where I can find the required plugin or how to fix the issue?

Hi Matt,

I would assume that you need to install flash player. It is used to render and typically installs automatically. See other posts: https://jazz.net/forum/questions/39833/firefox-367-does-not-load-rtc-dashboards

Thanks Ralph. I have installed the latest Adobe Flash Player now - unfortunately it hasn't resolved the issue. I may try building the report from scratch using the tutorial and see if that helps.

We are currently using RTC v3.0.1.1 and the report was built for RTC 2.0 - that may be the source of the problem.
