Hi all

RTC v3.0.1.1 - server running on Linux

Is there a way to kill off a data collection job (the job you start from

https://<server name>:9443/jts/admin#action=com.ibm.team.reportsManagement.etlConfig

We have a Star job that has been running for more than 24 hours, and want to know how to kill it off.  We are not keen on rebooting the server or restarting RTC because it is a production system.

thanks

anthony

We don't have an option to kill data collection jobs. I checked with team about your question. It is safe to restart server while data collection jobs are running.   You will have to restart Data collection after server restart.

Thanks Sreedhar - we were hoping not to have to do this but thanks for checking. Enhancement Request coming up!
