CRJAZ1752E error during CLM V4 setup with a reverse proxy when "Finalize Application" for CCM is run

Hello,

I ran into the following error during the CLM V4 setup with DB2, WAS and IBM HTTPS reverse proxy server. This happened when the setup reached to the step "Finalize Application" for CCM after JTS setup section passed.

Unable to perform the User Sync operation. See details for more information.ID CRJAZ1752E
hide details
Error 503: CRJAZ1173I Service "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.setup.ISetupCompletionService" is not available.

Three Linux VMs are used:

VM1: IBM HTTPs reserve proxy server
VM2: A WAS Application Server to have all CLM applications deployed and setup
VM3: DB2 V9.7 databases

The Public URI is selected as https://<reverse-proxy-host>/jts and https://<reverse-proxy-host>/jts/setup was used to configure the CLM applications. It stopped when it reached "CCM" setup for "Finalize Application".

Any tips/suggestions are welcome/appreciated.

Thanks

Are there any errors in the jts.log or ccm.log?

Hi Jared,

I tried again by completely reinstalling CLM and recreating all the DBs database. I got more steps to pass with manual workaround but still stuck now at the point of "Link Applications" for ADMIN module setup. I posted a new question with some dump from admin.log and jts.log.
