RRDI reports in QM and CCM run but the result cannot be exported to pdf.
Clicking the "Export" icon results in a "Export operation not supported for this report." error in RTC or QM.
Experienced this problem while executing the reporting workshop on the following reports:
CCM: "Development to Requirements Traceability Report"
QM:  "Traceability in CALM"

Error occurs in Firefox (RhEL6 and WIndows 7) and IE8 ( Windows 7)

BIRT report export without any problem.

Thanks for advising on troubleshooting this problem.

Hi David/Willy,

as pointed out here, export is not currently supported for custom (Cognos) reports in CLM.
You'd need to use the RRDI/Insight application directly.

Good news: associated enhancement will be part of 4.0.3 version  (as per status of enhancement 204593 )
