Problems installing RTC V4.0 on 32 bit OS

I am trying to install RTC 4.0 on my 32 bit Windows machine and am running into various problems (Errors creating folders, install hangs etc.) It installed on my 64 bit Windows machine just fine. The only other difference between the machines is that the 32 bit machine is an older inherited machine with various configs installed at various folder locations by users before me.

Has anyone tried installing v4.0 on a 32 bit OS? Were there any issues? Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi Anita,

I was able to install CLM2012 and ran JTS express setup on Windows XP without any problem.
