LDAP configuration question

Sterling Ferguson-II (1.6k8279269) | asked Jul 16 '12, 3:34 p.m.
 Hello,

I am testing an LDAP/WAS/CLM configuration. There are only 3 people. Viewing here:

https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.jazz.install.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_deploy_was.html

There is a configuration between LDAP and the "war" files. If we have users planned for:

JazzAdmins
JazzUsers

Do we still need to map to:

JazzGuests
JazzProjectAdmins
JazzDWAdmins

Do we need these groups created in LDAP and occupied for CLM/WAS/LDAP to work?

No you do not need to crate the group - If they do not exist, then the user will not have the permissions associated. Which may be fine as you will have JazzAdmin and JazzUsers
