How to customize " Discussion / Review Comments view " a workitem RTC 3.0

Hi All

1. Is it possible to customize "Discussion / review comments view , after submitting any comments for a workitem
2. Is it possible to add "Discussion / review comments " add as viewlet  on Dashboard

Do you mean "is it possible to edit your comments after you have saved them"? That is not currently possible in RTC 3 or 4. If you have JazzAdmin level permissions, you can make a comment go away (but still can't edit it).
