how to create a sprint burndown for a team across multiple releases

Bruce Webster (1144) | asked Jul 11 '12, 10:34 a.m.
If I have a project/product with multiple concurrent releases each with
their own sprints and then have a team that may work on one sprint in
one release and another sprint in another release, how can I create a
sprint burndown on the work the team is working on that covers all the
work they are working across the multiple releases.
.

The Sprint Burndown report is configured against a Team Area which is associated with a timeline. From your description, it sounds like you have multiple timelines (releases) which means that this "team" is captured in two different team areas, one associated with each timeline. There is currently no way to aggregate them into a single burndown. There are similar issues with providing a single plan for such a team configuration as tracked by this Enhancment Request:  https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=215125
