Why is the total load of user 60% when none of his time is allocated to any team or project area.

I have created a new timeline, new plan, and new team area.  I've added a user to the team area.  I've set all his allocations to every team and project area to 'None.  He is not allocated to anything.  Except in the RTC bubble, where his 'Total Load' is reporting at 60%.

I've removed him from other team areas and projects, no joy there.

Any ideas?

Is the user assigned to any work items in the project?  (Try a work items assigned to you query). Failing that - do you have any archived projects where the user may be allocated?

Also - I didn't think that this data was grabbed from the data warehouse, but try doing a run of the data warehouse jobs and see if it changes anything.
