Setting query for Execution record on Dashboard

I have added widget on dashboard to see TERs assigned to me. But, I am not able to set the query. When I open dialog box to select the query, I see 'My Queries' and 'Shared Queries'. But nothing is listed under them. OK button is disabled. Hence, not able to set the query. Can anybody help please. I am using RQM 4.0

Hi Shiva
First you need to define query
1. Goto Browse -> Testcase Execution Records
2. Define filter where onwer = current user
3. Save query as either shared or local and provide some name say "My TERs"
4. Now you follow the steps again to configure the dashboard viewlet
