We have more than 10 query in one of RTC projects, we like to share to the different Projects. It would be great to add those custom queries to our Process Template so when a new project is created, I couldn't find a way to do that, how can we achieve that?

Add the queries as predefined queries (see documentation), then extract a template from your project. Those projects created off such template will contain the predefined queries.

(I haven't fully tested this, since I don't have a running test server handy at the moment.  But I think this will work...)

Open your Process Template in the Eclipse client.  On the Process Configuration tab, go to Project Configuration > Configuration Data > Work Items > Predefined Queries.  Click the Add button and select the query that you want to add to the template.
