Using RTC 4.0 GA, I am unable to export the result of a query to a csv file if in the Result Layout there is an attribute that link to a WI in a PA where the user has no access.

use case:
- create PA1 and PA2 with SCRUM Template
- user1 is jazzAdmin and has all roles in PA1 and PA2
- user2 is jazzUser, and has Member role in PA1 only - not a member of PA2
- user1: link ("Related") all the automatically created tasks in PA1 to the corresponding automatically created tasks in PA
--> verify: all tasks in PA1 have a "Related" linked task that points to PA2
- user2: create a query in PA1 - in the columns layout - add a couple of attributes and the "Related" attribute
- user2: save the query, run it
--> verify: query result shows the linked tasks
- user2: save query as CSV

Issue: CSV files is not created, and error message is displayed.
Is it a bug?
