Plan view Eclipse client can not display owner if the username in Chinese

On 3.0.1.3 or 3.0.1.x CLM server Create a user with Chinese (Double Byte characters) in the name.
Add this user to a team or a project and create a plan for the corresponding team or project.
Open this new plan in  3.0.1.3 or 3.0.1.x RTC Eclipse client.
Change the grouping to Chinese, we note that the Chinese characters are not displayed.

Make sure that the Chinese character support is installed on the windows desktop.
The problem is same with the work items with Chinese characters as well.

The Eclipse used in 3.0.1.x RTC Eclipse client is 3.5.
The root cause for the above problem is the org.eclipse.swt.TextLayout.
The text Layout is not rendering the double byte characters correctly.
But this issue is fixed in eclipse 3.6. And RTC 4.0 is shipped with eclipse 3.6.
If you are in 3.0.1.x version you can use eclipse 3.6.x with RTC installed via P2.
