Unable to set webHeight property using RTC 3.X

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Using RTC 2.X, I was able to to make work item editor's description field larger and self sizing,
using webHeight property (example: Key: webHeight, Value: 30em)
However, using RTC 3.X, it is not possible anymore.

Is it a bug?
How can I achieve the same result using RTC 3.X?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
The webHeight property is no longer supported by the HTML widget.
This will be addressed with jazz.net enhancement # 25554
