Hi Omar,

There is some serious changes to the structure of the application from 2.x to 3.x so you will have to use repotools to migrate your data. The tool only migrates the data and the structure - eg users and so on. However you process (the process template) is not touched - so you will get all the new features but still run the same process. If you want to change the process to an updated one you would look into process template migration.
