No - New Build Definition Menu is visible - Visual Studio

As per the below link,
"https://jazz.net/library/article/518",

"Create the Build Definition and the Build Engine" we are not able to view the "Right click pop up menu" for "creating a new build definition".

Please find the attached screenshot below.

Note: We can see only "Refresh" pop up window.

Could you please help us for this issue.

Unfortunately, creating a new build definition is currently not supported in the visual studio client. We already have a worktiem tracking this enhancement. Currently, you will need to use the RTC Eclipse client for this.
The first line in the section "Create the Build Definition and the Build Engine" mentions this.
