Importing from syncronized stream failed -can't start engine

Amir Bar-or (1513026) | asked Aug 01 '08, 2:13 p.m.
While importing from a syncronized stream , tomcat died unexplainably , I restarted tomcat and killed the build processes.

now in the jazz client the stream is in the status of "Import Active" and if I try to start a synronization engine , it fails with "synchrnoized stream is used by other process"

Any suggestions how do restart the sync?

To unlock the synchronized stream in a case like this:
- right click on the sync stream in the sync stream view
- select properties
- select ClearCase Provider properties
- select "unlock"

You should now be able to request a synchronization.

Cheers,
Geoff
