Problems with Item conector and RTC 3.0.1.

I am using the article published as "Synchronize CMVC data with RTC data".
I can not finish the process because I could not find an instruction mentioned in the paper.
In the create a synchronization rules section, item 4, the paper says I need select option Repositorymanager for External Manager. But when I open the listbox, I have only 2 options: ClearQuestManager (non-user records) and ClearQuestManager (user records).
What need I do to get ReposirotyManager displayed in this list?
Where I need to check?
Note: I have 2 directories: /jazz and /jts. The Item connector package was installed on /jazz directory.

CMVC-Connector release 1.5 fix this issue.
