Hi,
does anyone know the name of the service at startup for RTC Shell. I have installed it on windows and can not find it under services or startup.

With default installation, you have RTC installed with Tomcat application server, so try this, installation directory\server\server.startup.bat.

Hi,
this is not an RTC installtion but an RTC Shell installtion and I do not think that has tomcat installed with it (I hope not anyway!).
So just looking for the process that kicks off on login for the RTC Shell.
