CRJAZ2055W from JTS Admin Page

Gary Mullen-Schultz (28725536) | asked Feb 20 '12, 2:55 p.m.
We are seeing an "CRJAZ2055W" error ("Some indices were missing from the database, and missing indices can negatively impact application performance. To add the missing indices, you should stop your server and execute the -rebuildIndices command in repotools") on the JTS server administration page. We stopped the server, ran the -rebuildIndices command successfully (no errors), but the error remains after restarting the server.

Any ideas? We are using Tomcat, with Oracle as the main database and Derby as the data warehouse database.

Just created defect https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz%20Foundation#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=197583

Thanks, Gary

I just did a test upgrade from 2.0.0.2 to 3.0.1.2 and am seeing the same thing. The test server is using Tomcat, Oracle, and Derby for the DW as well.

The repotools-jazz_rebuildIndices.log doesn't have any errors and looks like it worked as expected. But still, the error remains.

Hi Gary and Jason,

Based on the work item, looks like it will be fixed in 3.0.1.3 RC1. Looks like this release candidate is not yet available to test on jazz.net. We have currently set the GA release for 3.0.1.3 sometime in Q2 of 2012.

It also happens when upgrading from 4.0.1 -> 4.0.2.
