Built-in licenses are missing after upgrade 3.0.1->.2

Marcelo Marinho (36198) | asked Feb 17 '12, 2:48 p.m.
After upgrading my server from 3.0.1 to 3.0.1.2, built-in licenses are missing:
- ClearQuest and ClearCase Synchronizer
- Build System
- Data Collector

Only my aquired user licenses (Developer and Contributor) are in place.

Those licenses come from version 2.0 (first instalation), then were passed on to version 3.0.1 (first upgrade) and now should be available for version 3.0.1.2.

How can I resolve this problem? May I re-apply those licenses?

Correct.

Built-in licenses are installed with Trial licenses.

Thanks

Those are also the licenses you are missing, as far as I am aware.

As far as I remember the licenses need to be checked as a separate option for installation in the Installation Manager. You can install them later.

I believe those are "trial" licenses? Do you think I should have installed those even if I don't need them? The Built-in licenses go with them?

I check for that.

Thanks
