Two answers to this:

- Processes authored in EPF Composer or RMC can be exported as HTML site
archives and be attached to process templates, project areas, or team
areas. The Process Content URL for templates or areas can then be set to
point to the attachment. This associates the 'formal' RTC enactable
process with the EPFC authored process description.

- In a couple of weeks, IBM will provide an experimental tool that
allows to create a RTC process template from within RMC based on the
information given in the RMC authored process.

What is the difference between RMC and RTC. I am asuming one of these will serve the purpose?
