How to include RTC custom ANT tasks?

I am having to use a non-ANT build def, which ends up using our own version of ANT. I would like to have it be able to use the RTC custom ANT tasks, but, of course, they are not defined.

How do I load them?? I have the path to the buidtoolkit.
