Request & Reservation Life Cycle

pietro marella (953130) | asked Jan 26 '12, 11:45 a.m.
I have a very basic question for the lab resources reservation process in RQM.
Once a request has been fulfilled, should I move it in "close" state or not? What moving a "fulfill" request to "close" state implies for the reservation? Will be the reservation still valid?
Is there any internal mechanism that will set the request (and the reservation) in close status as soon as the reservation target time frame is ended?

thanks

Yes the reservation is still valid if you close the request.
To cancel the reservation, go to "Lab Management" > "All Reservations" and delete the reservation.
