Build definition accept options

David Moore (111) | asked Jan 09 '12, 2:34 p.m.
In the RTC 3.0.1 build definition, Java Source Control tab, there are two checkboxes with a title of "Accept Options". I can find no documentation for these fields.

I need to know what the "Build only if there are changes accepted" option does? I've ran my build definition multiple times - once where changes were accepted and once where there were no changes accepted and I saw no difference. Both times, it ran the build script.

Hi David,

Private builds are always built. This is stated in the build log as well. However, automatically scheduled builds will only run if there are changes to accept if you use the checkbox.
