You can try to create a participant for saving workitem operation. But not sure if you can change the state of related changesets programmatically.


I already made participant on saving workitem but my question is about option to cmplete change-set of the user

You can try to create a participant for saving workitem operation. But not sure if you can change the state of related changesets programmatically.
