Querying all Change sets in CALM

I can not find a way to export all Change sets in SCM. I'm trying to export this data for reporting purposes but i could not.

i tried to get the data from the database dirctly from a table called .. but i could not parse these column:

I'm using CALM-3.0.1.1

any help??
