Hi All,

we have RTC 3.0.1 installed using a Oracle database with a "IDLE_TIME" limit set to 59 mins. This means that a DB connection is considered invalid (by the DB) if not used for 59 mins.

We turned on the "ConnectionKeepAliveTask" property with a interval of 3000 secs (50 mins).

But connections are still becoming SNIPPED (Oracle name for invalid).

Any ideas?
