Hi

I am working with a group that has upgraded from the early access code to RTC Standard Trial. They now only see 10 developer licenses in the admin screen - not 250 as expected.

Does the trial version of the software (RTC Standard) have a 10 user limit?

thanks

Thanks Steve - that was it!

and thanks to Steve for pointing me to this in the Help file:

https://jazz.net/jazzdocs/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.team.concert.doc/helpindex_rtc.htm

Take a look at the page entitled Rational Team Concert editions and licenses page - right at the bottom as note (1)

Anthony,

Are they using Derby as the database? If so, I believe the limit is 10
developer CALs and 10 contributor CALs. If they use DB2 or Oracle, they
will see the 250 limit.
