I want to know how to install RTC-Web-Installer-Win-3.0.1.1 which I downloaded.
what are the preliminary steps to install. when I try to install through Launch Pad I got below error.

The com.ibm.team.install.rtc.client.eclipse package specified in the F:\Project\RTC\Download\RTC-Web-Installer-Win-3.0.1.1\im\win32.win32.x86\install-client.xml file cannot be found.

Why don't you install with Installation Manager and repository?

You'll need to download two things:
- Installation Manager
- RTC Installation Manager Repository

After you've installed installation manager, extract the zip file containing the RTC repository. You will then need to add the repository to installation manager via the File -> Preferences menu.

Why don't you install with Installation Manager and repository?
