Performance problems when accessing RQM via Citrix metaframe

A client is having significant performance problems when running RQM via a citrix metaframe.

Tabbing between entry fields takes about 2 seconds. Dragging a keyword into a script takes between 6 and 10 seconds. The interface is frozen until the action completes.

Running via a thick client performance is much quicker.

Does anyone have any experience running throug citrix, or any suggestions on what to try to improve performance.

Please check performance of other application in same environment and provide info if there are any noticialble difference for RQM
