Adding Artifact Fields?

For Requirements, is there a way to add artifact (database) fields (in our case, we'd like to add an owning group or area, and an execution name (another RQM user name)). The desire would be to be able to show/see these fields in the list of artifacts view.

The fields we see now are:
Type:
Format:
Source Tag:
Requirement Type:
Priority:
Severity:
Status:
Package Info:
Launch URL:
QM Creation Time:

What we'd like to do is add to that list.

To answer you it would help to know ...

Are you using RQM V3 exclusively, which takes advantage of the RM application for requirements? By this I mean people are working on requirements using their QM Professional license;

Or are you using RRC V2 or V3 and RQM?
