plug-in installations issues in elcipse 3.7

Hallo,

after we had installed RTC on eclipse 3.7 (indigo) we having the following error message when we install other plug-ins in Eclipse:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

Software currently installed: Rational Team Concert Client Feature 3.0.1.RTC-I20110602-0252 (com.ibm.team.rtc.client.feature.feature.group 3.0.1.RTC-I20110602-0252)

Missing requirement: Platform Patch (bugzillas 304330,325226,295991) 1.0.1 (org.eclipse.platform.R352patch.feature.group 1.0.1) requires 'org.eclipse.platform.feature.group [3.5.2.R35x_v20100210-0800-9hEiFzmFst-TiEn9hNYgDWg1XN8ulH_JvCNGB]' but it could not be found

Cannot satisfy dependency:

From: Rational Team Concert Client Feature 3.0.1.RTC-I20110602-0252 (com.ibm.team.rtc.client.feature.feature.group 3.0.1.RTC-I20110602-0252)

To: org.eclipse.platform.R352patch.feature.group 0.0.0

How we can resolve this issue?

I would like to help to diagnose your problem
1. How did you install the RTC plug-ins? Did you use p2 install or Installation Manager?
2. Would you describe your platform please (architecture, OS & processor)?
3. Are the other plug-ins that you are trying to install available to use for us?

We had us the "Install new software" from Eclipse, otherwise if you use the install manager from the p2 install he don't complete the installation because unsupported eclipse version

2. Would you describe your platform please (architecture, OS & processor)?
We using Windows 7 32bits, intel quad core,
Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers Version 3.7, build 20110615-0604

3. Are the other plug-ins that you are trying to install available to use for us?
Yes:
1) WinIde 2010 - http://www.isystem.si/eclipseUpdate/debuggerHelios36
2) Rational synergy version 7.2
3) TFEE team explorer 2010 - http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=25125

Hi again gonkelinx:

It took me sometime to reproduce your problem and find a workaround. Unfortunately I was not able to install the new plug-ins once I have installed RTC 3.0.1 with the p2 Install mode.

But I have installed RTC 3.0.1 with Installation Manager and the WinIde and TFEE features installed well with the Install New Software option.

I followed the steps here https://jazz.net/library/article/708 in order to install RTC 3.0.1 into Eclipse CCP 3.7. Please use these steps. It sounds to me that you are not restricted to install with IM, so I invite you to use this method. Let me know how things ended.
