Exporting workitems from one RTC instance to another

Hi,

We have a requirement of moving workitems from one RTC instance to another one. There is only one project area involved in this.

From this article I see that we can use CSV import/export to move the workitems.

But, how about the attachments. What is the best way to move the attachments?

By hand ? I helped a team just getting started who should have been created along side other project areas import their work items. One of the things we found: attachment links are broken as are inter-work item links.

CSV can not be used to preserve attachments. The only import format that
supports attachments is the Bugzilla format. CSV should thus not be used
to transfer projects.
