How can I access to this Palette? Can find it. And how can I make a user appears in the diagram. I can drag and drop streams and workspaces, but I can't do that for a user. I try to drag and drop a user from the Team Organization view, doesn't work.

There is a triangle at the top right of the editor. Click it to open the palette. It is the flow diagram editor so users cannot be placed on the diagram. Only streams and workspaces can be shown.

Then how did the author in this paper draw the Figure 13?

JirongThose objects are all workspaces and streams. The flow diagram has an option of displaying the name of the owner instead of the name of the workspace/stream.
