FAQ on moving servers and URI stability with RQM/CLM2011
I know a lot of customers have been confused by the more thorough enforcement of the RQM server URL (public URI) in 3.0.1. There are many questions about what pieces of the topology can be moved around, approaches for changing URIs, implications of a changed URI, and so on.
