Problems occurred during check-in and deliver

I have made many changes in my souce code files. Then I updagrade from M5a to Beta3 and now I am trying to update my repository. When I click checkin and deliver I receive an error message saying that "Resource is out of sync with the file system /project/blablabla
Any idea how can I update my repository? Or I need go back to M5a, update my database and after that upgrade to Beta3?

Your license doesn't currently allow you to modify a repository workspace.

Any idea?

Beta 3 introduced license management functionality for Team Concert. You need to assign yourself a "Developer Client Access License", and you'll be able to deliver change sets. You can assign client access licenses either through the web user editor or the Eclipse user editor. Within Eclipse you can simply right-click your Repository connection and choose "Edit my user record" (or something close to that) from the context menu.

If you are on Windows and modify files from external applications (eg, not from Team Concert iteself) then enable the following preference so that changes are refreshed automatically.

Window > Preferences > General > Workspace > Auto Refresh

Select the project in the package explorer, open the context menu and run
"Refresh"
